Embroidered patch shows Coat of arms of the city of Wroclaw. In the right (the order heraldic, ie. Inverted) upper corner in the red box is a crowned lion Czech symbol of belonging to the former Crown of the Kingdom of Bohemia, in the upper left corner of the black eagle of Silesia (zgorzelec) in golden field with a white bandage and wings topped cross. In the lower right, a golden field there is a large letter in the Latin name of the city Wratislavia in the lower left, a red field originally was mounted on an inverted crown of the head of St. John the Evangelist (the patron saint of the chapel at the town hall) in today's version is head of holy Dorothy, the patron saint of German settlers. In the center of the dial is silver bowl with the severed head of John the Baptist, the patron saint of the cathedral in Wroclaw.
