On the dial divided into four parts we see:
- upper left field: red with a lion standing on two legs with a double tail and a golden crown on its head, a common symbol for the entire Czech Republic
- upper right field: green with a camel, which is in the coat of arms of Pilsen, and was a gift after winning one of the medieval battles
- lower left field: green with white and yellow stripes, which remind of the large forest cover of the border of Šumava and the Czech Forest and two rivers of the country: Berounka, Otava
