Embroidered patch - New Brunswick Coat of Arms - made by computer embroidery with merrow frame on red not embroidered background.
The layout of the New Brunswick flag is one of the more characteristic official symbols in all Canadian provinces. Divided in two parts, the pattern refers to the history of the region - the golden lion on a red background is the symbol of the Principality of Brunswick in Germany. The biggest part of the patch is taken by the heraldic ship built in this province in the 18th / 19th century by native craftsmen.
A local ship with a white sail and three red flags on the yellow field floats proudly in the blue sea with rough white waves.
