Patch with the image of the coat of arms of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, which is a common historical symbol for three countries: Belarus, Lithuania and Poland. Depending on the country, the rider on the horse differed in color and small details.

Pahonia was the state emblem of Belarus in 1991-1995.

Pahonia translates as a group of knights chasing enemy troops. Hence, on the patch on a red field, we see a knight on horseback with a sword and a shield with the cross of Lorraine ready to attack.
